It’s a Group Pass

Each museum sets its own rules—some passes cover 2 people, others 4 or more. Some limit how many times your household can go each year. Be sure to read the details on the reservation page before booking.

Don't Lose It

Libraries only get a limited number of passes each month. If you reserve a pass and can’t use it, cancel it ASAP so someone else can enjoy it—and so you don’t lose your chance to use the pass later this year.

Don’t print or download your pass too early!

Once you do, you can’t cancel—so it’s best to wait until closer to your visit.

1. Log in with your library card number and PIN/password.

2. Browse available offers by date or venue.

3. Click "Show first available offer" then "Reserve a different date" to see all your options.

4. Pick your date and confirm your reservation.

5. Don’t print or download your pass too early! Once you do, you can’t cancel—so it’s best to wait until closer to your visit.

6. If you need to cancel, it's easy, come back here, log in, click on "🎟️ My Reservations" and choose "Cancel."
